Description
For many generations the Durup family has been in Maligny, looking after its vineyard. Today, Jean Durup has greatly developed the original estate, now heading 155 hectares, making it the largest in Chablis.
This is a fantastic expression of Chablis. Pale yellow green colour with a mineral nose. It has the typical flinty character, with lemon zest and apples in the palate. Elegant, beautifully mineral with restrained fruit and plenty of refreshing acidity.
A perfect accompaniment to fish dishes, roast chicken and vegetables.
