Bodegas Volver ‘Paso a Paso’ Tempranillo, La Mancha, Spain 2020
Rioja is made from the Tempranillo grape, and very lovely it is too, but if you head South to La Mancha, you’ll find you get a bit more bang for your buck… This Tempranillo is full bodied, rich, crammed with rich juicy fruit with a lovely crunch of ripe tannins and balanced acidity on the finish. A really great wine & a bargain for the money.
