In a similar vein to the Roques Tinto, their Branco represents an authentic Dão white blend. An Encruzado-based blend, made in stainless steel to maintain freshness, vibrancy, and fruit flavours.
Expressing all the usual Dão branco varietal characteristics. It’s got a little body and texture, balanced by natural acidity, showing citrus, white stone fruit, and a flinty and floral mineral edge.
Grape varieries: Encruzado (50%), Malvasia Fina (20%), Bical (15%), Cerceal (10%) and Gouveio (5%).
Food pairing – An excellent apéritif and accompanying seafood and fish dishes.
