Chimay Brewery is found in Chimay, southern Hainaut, Belgium. The brewery is located in the Scourmont Abbey, a Trappist monastery, and is one of the ten breweries worldwide that produce Trappist Beer.
Chimay 175 is a refreshing beer that immediately reveals rich aromas, with an elegant blend of spicy and fruity notes. Its bouquet possesses the freshness of citrus fruits, enhanced by the spiciness of cardamom and coriander. A nuance of red apple provides a gentle fruity touch, while subtle hints of aniseed and vanilla enhance its aromatic complexity.
