Mosaic is one of our all-time favourite hops. Its juicy papaya and tangerine flavour profile with its distinct, dank aroma makes it the perfect hop to showcase its solo talents.
We’ve gone beyond the horizon by making this beacon of beer gluten-free! Using an enzyme to strip out the gluten during fermentation.
