Description
Wildshark Vineyards are a young estate nestled at the base of the North Downs in Kent.
A lovely style of English Pinot Gris, all hand harvested and fermentations using the grapes indigenous yeasts.
Succulent ripe pear on the nose, with honeydew melon, apple and apricot flavours.
On the palate there is some weight and a creamy texture. A lingering finish complements the exotic spice and fleshy character, with well-integrated lemon notes.
This grape pairs well with a variety of dishes including seafood, salads and asian cuisines like sushi or pad thai.
