Big Hug are an independent craft beer brand with a social conscience. We make accessible, easy drinking beer that is full of flavour and 100% positive impact, supporting both people & planet.
As Hobo brewers we don’t own our own brewery, but that’s part of our story, that’s what makes us a little bit different.
Every beer we sell helps support rainforest projects in the UK and abroad through our partnership with One Tribe or the homeless sector with donations from 3 of our beers. We make beer with purpose.
Hibernation is our signature brew and first ever beer. Cloudy and full bodied like a wheat beer but tastes like an IPA.
Unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised we use 34% malted wheat, a neutral US05 yeast and dry hop with Citra and Chinook.
A beer with a light, refreshing citrus profile and body of depth. Well balanced with a light bitter finish to ensure drinkability. Matches well with flavoursome/ spicy dishes.
Every keg sold helps preserve 30 trees through our partnership with One Tribe and their support of rainforest projects in both the UK & abroad.
Every 330ml can preserves 1 tree and 440ml can 3 trees
