Taking our inspiration from the creativity of the city that surrounds us – and picking up where the original Summerhall Brewery est. 1700s left off – at Barney’s Beer we simply aim to make beers we are proud to share.
Using only the best ingredients and a mix of traditional and modern techniques and processes, Barney’s Beer has been supplying Edinburgh’s bars, restaurants and bottleshops for over a decade.
Volcano is our stalwart IPA that balances a malt forward backbone with the assured floral, bitterness and rounded mouthfeel,
Czech, European and US hops combine to give layers of flavour and character.
