Kaiken Ultra Malbec is an amazing stand out wine with its intense red colour and ruby rim.
The nose has fruity aromas of blueberry and ripe plum, accompanied by notes of black pepper and rosemary. The palate is well rounded with smooth, elegant tannins complemented by a well-balanced acidity. This is a powerful and lively wine with a pleasing finish hinting of black cherry fruits, vanilla and tobacco.
An excellent wine to go with red meat, particularly steak.
Kaiken are wild Geese which fly over the Andes between Chile and Argentina in patagonia. The name is a reference to Aurelio Montes Baseden, the winemaker, who moved from Chile to Argentina to make this wine.
