Alsace Wine Tasting!

We’ve decided that we need to take a deeper dive into some of the classic wine regions, and to start with we’ve chosen Alsace, subject of the ‘tug of love’ between France and Germany. What makes it so special? Why does it have 36 Michelin starred restaurants? Why is the wine so delicious? And did Alsace really inspire the setting for Beauty and the Beast (yes it did actually…)
