Founded by scientists Sarah and Allan in 2014, a passion for beer and science was combined to create Atom Brewery. We’re focused on brewing quality, modern craft beer and are constantly experimenting with new beer styles and brewing techniques.
Dispersion is a soft, saturated NEIPA loaded with expressive hop character.
Strata and Mosaic lay down layers of ripe tropical fruit and citrus, while Citra and Krush lift things with bright mango and juicy stone fruit.
A heavy oat and wheat grist with Verdant yeast creates a thick, pillowy body and a smooth, low-bitterness finish.
