Founded by scientists Sarah and Allan in 2014, a passion for beer and science was combined to create Atom Brewery. We’re focused on brewing quality, modern craft beer and are constantly experimenting with new beer styles and brewing techniques.
Symbiotic is a soft hazy pale brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot and dry-hopped with Simcoe and Sabro.
A rich oat and dextrin grist brings a velvety mouthfeel, layered with tangerine, coconut, tropical and stone fruit.
Subtle cedar and mint sit beneath bright grapefruit and gentle pine for a balanced finish.
