The Ayinger Brewery is a brewery in Aving, Bavaria, Germany, about 25 km from Munich.
The ideal German session beer. All of the hallmarks of Helles are perfectly present. A comfortable base of gentle Bavarian malt supports a snappy hop bitterness, rounded out by a dry finish that says ‘noch ein bier, bitte’.
It’s very unusual for one of the traditional German breweries to release a new beer, but that’s just what Ayinger have done.
For the past two years the team at Ayinger have been working on a way to satisfy consumer demand for moderation.
Alongside this it was essential that it had to still be an Ayinger beer – no compromise – properly representing the full taste and traditional character that has made them so well loved around the world.
