The Ayinger Brewery is a brewery in Aving, Bavaria, Germany, about 25 km from Munich.
This naturally cloudy specialty beer is brewed according to old traditions and served at Kirchweih, one of the most important Bavarian holidays.
Brewed using an intensive double decoction mashing process with three different malts, yielding notes of toasted bread, caramel, nuts, subtle citrus/apple, and a clean, perceptible bitter finish.
