Description
Think that Carmenere is only grown in Chile? Think again! This wine comes from Bordeaux, where it was originally cultivated. This wine is dark & brooding, almost inky black in the centre. Plenty of black and red fruits on the nose, complex notes of forest floor & spice. A full mouthfeel, with soft tannins and rich fruits.
Pair with lamb, pork, and beef, especially when grilled or roasted,
