Bowlers Brewery are based in Peterborough.
The Ryddler is a light brown ale that pours with a slight haze and a stable tight cream coloured head.
A strong west coast hop aroma with spicy, woody and resinous notes and a robust hop bitterness with grapefruit and woody flavours balanced against a medium malt sweetness that had a slight savoury flavour from the Rye.
A full bodied IPA with a long dry finish. It would be easy to drink a lot of this but at 6.4% be careful you don’t get Ryddled!”
