Cantine Paolini is a co-operative founded in 1964 by Gaspare Baiata and several like-minded, forward-looking growers. Thanks to the Sicilian maritime climate and the winds sweeping off the sea through their vines, they have been able to maintain an environmentally friendly approach.
This delicious light red is unwooded and the fresh fruit in the wine sings out. There’s a fragrant bouquet and a spicy note to keep it interesting. Fantastic stuff & well worth discovering if you like your reds on the 12% side of things.
