Champagne Gallimard is a small family owned estate in the beautiful village of Les Riceys. The house has been run by father and son (Pere et Fils) for 6 generations, and the current duo of Didier and Arnaud certainly work their magic on their Champagnes.
Gallimard NV Brut is a delicious, light and fruity aperitif champagne. It has an attractive fruity nose, with aromas of exotic fruit. In the mouth, it is supple, pleasant, aromatic and very well-balanced; the mousse is fine and long lasting.
