Description
Chimay Brewery is found in Chimay, southern Hainaut, Belgium. The brewery is located in the Scourmont Abbey, a Trappist monastery, and is one of the ten breweries worldwide that produce Trappist Beer.
Chimay – Blue is rich and full-bodied with notes of dark fruit, caramel, chocolate, sweet spice, and a warming malty finish.
