Description
“De Halve Maan” (Half Moon) is the only family brewery in the centre of Bruges that is still active. The brewery was established in 1856.
Our Brugse Bok is a seasonal beer with a full, malty aroma thanks to the use of roasted malts. This follows the German and Dutch tradition of releasing a seasonal bock beer annually.
The taste experience is characterised by a slight bitterness with notes of caramel and raisin.
