Cheese Tax is a remarkably soft and juicy Hazy Pale Ale pouring a gorgeous, opaque golden colour.
Built on a silky, thick foundation of naked and flaked oats, it bursts with vibrant tropical fruit flavours.
Extensively hopped late in the brew and generously dry-hopped with a stunning New Zealand trio of Nectaron, Wai-iti, and NZ-106, expect waves of passionfruit, fresh peach, and zesty mandarin with a beautifully smooth finish.
