Thai’d For First has a beautifully clean, crisp canvas of Extra Pale Maris Otter and wheat sets a bready stage for this vibrant, culinary-inspired Pale Ale.
We’ve swapped the usual dry hop for a big hit of fresh lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and coriander seed, all backed by a delicate, earthy spice from a healthy Bobek dry hop.
Expect fragrant aromas of zesty lime and citrus on the nose. It drinks dangerously refreshing and crushable, anchored by a clean, refined bitterness and a light peppery finish.
