Description
Nathalie and Giles Fevre grow their Chardonnay vines from parcels situated beside the village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis, at the very heart of Chablis’ vineyards.
The grapes for this fabulous oaked chardonnay are grown in a magnificent 2.5 hectare holding of 55 year old vines, 70% vinified in stainless steel tanks and 30% in oak barrels. All their wines are absolutely delicious, mouthwatering, benchmark examples of pure, incisive, concentrated wines, but this has to be the jewel in the crown.
