Description
Brewery Dubuisson is the oldest and most authentic brewery in Wallonia, Belgium.
Bush Noel is a sweet beer with a pleasant flavour of hops.
The brewer uses a traditional process which consists in placing hop flowers in the vats where the beer rests for four to six weeks by which time it will have reached full maturity, giving it a very distinctive taste.
It was introduced in 1991 to respond to consumer demands for the ideal beer to add lustre to their end-of-year celebrations.
Brewed solely from malts, hops, candy sugar and water, it is a filtered, top-fermented beer with an alcohol volume of 12%.
The use of caramel malts produces a copper-coloured beer with a full, rounded taste and owes its fruity taste and subtle hop aromas to the well-thought out choice of hops in this brew.
