Ferghettina Franciacorta Milledi Brut is an expression of minerality and aroma. Chardonnay grapes from 12 different vineyards located in 8 municipalities of Franciacorta are selected for the vat of this Franciacorta.
Franciacorta is Italian champagne. Located in the province of Brescia in Lombardy, it is a small appellation, which covers only 2000 hectares. It received DOCG status in 1995. Like champagne and unlike Prosecco, Franciacorta is produced by the traditional method.
Straw yellow with golden and green reflections.
Very fresh and elegant, with intense notes of citrus and Whiteflowers.
Complex, lively, with fine, persistent pearl, fresh and intense citrus aromas, intertwined with mineral notes that give it weight and a very fine texture.
Strong minerality and tempting acidity lead to the persistent end.
Excellent as an appetizer, goes well with fish, seafood or Asian dishes such as sushi or sashimi.
