Description
This rose is a blend of typical Douro red grape varieties.
A light maceration and press are used to get beautiful red berry fruit, and then fermentation in stainless steel keeps the wine’s brightness and minerality, so typical of the schist soils.
Suitable for Vegans.
Grapes – Touriga Franca & a blend of native grape varieties.
Pair with tapas, pizza and pasta with white wine sauce.
