Salopian Brewery was established on the outskirts of mediaeval Shrewsbury in 1995. Since then the brewery has become synonymous with the production of top quality consistent beers
For Oracle the hop character is intended to to be pronounced but not all encompassing, dry but not overtly bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness to add body.
It is one of the most expensive of the Salopian beers to brew as it relies heavily on expensive hops from the US.
