Otherworld are creating beers with a focus on strong flavours. Highly hopped and fruited beers, barrel aged and funked up styles with a modern twist. They are based in Dalkeith near Edinburgh.
Rubus is a refreshing, bracingly sour beer bursting with summer fruits.
Soft, rounded strawberry and delicately earthy hibiscus give way to bright raspberry, balanced by the sharp tang of rhubarb.
Brewed in collaboration with The Hanging Bat in Edinburgh.
