Description
Our original Padstow Gin is nature-distilled. We use the finest Padstow barley from Tregirls Farm, grown in the fields above St. George’s Well on the Camel Estuary.
To create a unique, light, London-style gin recipe of fine botanicals for the pot-still, we weave juniper, citrus, bay and the stems of alexander, a plant foraged locally, from the cliffs beside the barley fields.
We then bottle at 42% abv for that flavour/alcohol sweet spot—the best Cornish gin – dry and exceptionally smooth.
