Description
Grillo is Sicily’s native grape variety, originally used in the production of Marsala wine.
Now appreciated for its light, fruit driven wines, this organic Grillo from Cantine Paolini has no sulphites added, and is a beautiful pure expression of fruit.
The colour is a pale straw yellow, with a fruity scent with light notes of Sicilian citrus.
On the palate it is clean and light, with a fragrant flavour and a good level of acidity.
