Sourced from a small number of growers in Muscadet with whom Francois Chainier has developed long-term relationships. The wine is blended by Francois to ensure a consistent style and quality for each vintage.
Citrus and delicate stone fruit on the nose. The palate is lovely and bright and zesty, full of more citrus with a mineral streak and some pleasing weightiness on the finish.
Pair with fish and seafood.
