Description
Zin is an Italian name for Sea Urchin, as this wine goes very well with seafood. Straw yellow with slight green notes. Intense and complex sweet apple and pear perfume with some soft orange flora. A dry, well structured white, and a palate that reflects the delicious aroma.
Grape varieties – Fiano 85%, Fiano Minutolo 15%
Pair with fish and shellfish, it also goes well with chicken, pork and veal.
