A hint of off-dry residual sugar boosts the fruit flavours but is nicely balanced by acidity.
It is a ‘classic’ style of vinho verde with a little spritzy gas, very well done, clean and invigorating… You can’t go wrong.
Grape varieties – A blend of Arinto (50%), Azal (35%) and Trajadura (15%).
Food pairing – Ideal as an aperitif, salads, shellfish, fish and light meals.
