Born from a passion for brewing and an uncompromising approach to flavour, Toby and Caroline founded Macclesfield’s award winning Red Willow Brewery in late 2010. Our objective was simply to make the types of beer that we love to drink, big in flavour, well balanced and very drinkable.
Witless is a homage to the classic Belgian Witbier, brewed with wheat, Curaçao orange peel and coriander for a bright citrus aroma, gentle spice and a clean, beautifully balanced finish.
