Description
We are an orchard-based cidery that is making naturally fermented, pure juice cider and perry from fruit grown on our family farm.
A native Herefordshire pear, identified by the legendary Herbert Durham during the 1920s.
It produces a large tree (with HUGE fruit!) and has mild fireblight tolerance.
Using a blend of two vintages has brought more complexity to the perry.
The flavour is lightly acidic and gentle, and flavours of green herbs, lemon & lime.
Eminently quaffable.
