We are an orchard-based cidery that is making naturally fermented, pure juice cider and perry from fruit grown on our family farm.
Hedgehog Pear, which is more widely known as Barnet, is a Gloucestershire variety notable for its russeted skin, an uncommon characteristic in perry pears.
The flavour is unique as result, with a soft texture, gentle juiciness on the palate and delightful nuttiness.
Hedgehogs are very closely associated with the town of Ross-on-Wye, so the choice of synonym seems appropriate!
