We are an orchard-based cidery that is making naturally fermented, pure juice cider and perry from fruit grown on our family farm.
Somerset Redstreak is a favoured bittersweet variety, characterised by a fruity mid palate of ripe red apples, followed by gorgeous soft tannins!
In 2024 it was the first apple of the harvest and this cider reflects that cool, moody vintage with its light and gentle flavour.
A hugely popular variety on the farm ever since our trees were planted in 1994.
