Rudgate Brewery was established in 1992. The brewery is situated at the heart of Yorkshire in the Vale of York. The name comes from the old Roman road of `Rudgate’.
Ruby Mild is a dark ale with a ruby red colour.
The aroma has a sweet scent of strawberries combined with a smokiness.
The complex taste is soft and rich.
