Salopian Brewery was established on the outskirts of mediaeval Shrewsbury in 1995. Since then the brewery has become synonymous with the production of top quality consistent beers
For Hop Twister the palate is fresh, piercing and focused, with soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours.
A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness.
