Set on a charming farm along a canal in West Lothian, Scotland, we specialise in creating delicious craft beer brewed by hand in small batches, using ingredients as local as possible to our home base. For us, good beer combines classic traditional styles and taste with a hint of modern flair and flavour. Let’s not be Strangers!
Unfiltered, unfined, with plenty of hop character – this is a distinctly Modern Pale ale.
Brewed with oats and wheat to give hazy full-bodied character, with notes of citrus, stone fruit and tropical notes from layering of four big flavour hops (Nectaron, Mosaic, Citra, Cascade).
