Wildshark Vineyards are a young estate nestled at the base of the North Downs in Kent.
A great example of a quality English still wine.
Made using the grapes indigenous yeasts, this wine offers a charming aromatic profile, characterised by gooseberry and elderflower on the nose.
The palate is fresh and zesty with flavours of nettle, kiwi and quince leading to a crisp, dry finish.
Pairs particularly well with fresh seafood, spring greens like asparagus, and salads with soft goats cheeses.
