Description
A big still shaped decanter of Kentucky Bourbon Distiller’s excellent Willett’s Pot Still reserve. A small batch bourbon named for the founders of the distillery.
Summer fruits on the nose, vanilla and dry oak. Butter and a dash of sweet honey. In the mouth, honey and caramel orm a sweet note against a light punch of spice and zesty citrus. Rye and cinnamon spice on the finish, with buttered popcorn, along with more traditional vanilla and caramel flavours. The finish lingers, leaving an agreeable spicy note that makes for an enjoyable end to the sip.
